  2. Heat nonstick pan on gas. Take one bread slice. Slightly roast it on one side on low flame. Apply above garlic mixture on roasted side. Then place it on pan.. Cover it with lid. Roast it until cheese melt. Flame should be low
  3. Serve with tomato sauce.
