- Take a bowl place a siever on it. Now add Maida, Powder Sugar, Cocoa powder and sieve them.
- Now add Baking Powder, Baking Soda and mix them well.
- Next take milk and mix Vinegar in the milk and stir it.
- Now add oil, activated milk and vanilla essence in the dry ingredients. Mix them well.
- Brush oil in mould. Place a baking paper and brush oil. Now pour batter in mould.
- Fire up the stove (low medium flame). Place a pan with wire rack. Add 2 cups hot water.
- Place cake tin and cover it with a lid and cover the pan also with a lid.
- Steam the cake for 30 - 35 minutes on low medium flame. Cool down completely. Remove the cake from mould.
