  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Seive all the dry ingredients 2-3 times and keep them aside.

  3. Add the dry ingredients in 3 parts and mix by cut and fold method.
  4. Now divide the batter in six parts. Add red to one part, orange to second part, yellow to the third part, green to the fourth part, blue to the fifth part and violet to the sixth part. Mix well all the colours in the batter.
  5. In a greased and dusted round baking pan start pouring 3 tablespoons of red colour batter in the centre of the baking pan. On the red colour carefully pour 3 tbsp of orange coloured batter, then 3 tbsp of yellow coloured batter, then 3 tbsp of green batter, then 3 tbsp of blue batter and 3 tablespoons of violet batter. Take care to pour all the batters carefully in the centre of the tin and in proper order. Repeat the same order of colours till all the batter gets over.
  6. Bake it for 55-60 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Let the cake cool, then cut it into 4 parts.
  8. When the cake is getting cooled whip the whipping cream.
  9. Place one part of the cake sponge on the cake board soak it with sugar syrup. Cover it with chocolate ganache. Similarly do it for next two layers.
  10. For the final layer soak it only with sugar syrup and then cover it with whipped cream. Cover the full cake with whipped cream and decorate it with rosettes topped with cherries and on the side and above with rainbow heart cookies.
