  6. Prepare 2 tbsp milk and few strands saffron for safforn milk
  7. Take 1 tsp baking powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. Take 1 cup whipping cream
  10. Get 10 pieces rasmalai with milk
  11. Take few drops yellow colour
  12. Prepare 1 tsp cardomam powder
Steps to make Eggless rasmalai cake:
  1. Sieve maida, baking Soda, and baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Add safforn starnds in 2 tblsp milk and keep it aside
  3. Beat sugar, refined oil and condensed milk.
  4. Slowly and gradually, add the maida mixture and mix it well.add milk saffron mixture. and milk to it.
  5. Pour it into a greased and dusted tin and baked it in a hot oven for 40 -50 minutes.
  6. After cooling it cut the cake in three layers. Soak the layers with rasmalai milk
  7. Beat the cream for 2-3 minutes. after that add yellow colour, cardomom pd and 2 tblsp of rasmalai milk. again beat it untill stiff.
  8. Put a layer of whipping cream on soaked bread. put some rasmalai pieces. repeat steps to last layer.
  9. Cover the cake with whipped cream and decorate it according to ur desire
