In a pot add all ingredients of chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from broth. Cut boneless chicken into cubes and set aside. Shred all other chicken and add to broth.
Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth mixture.
In a separate pot add butter and garlic, saute well. Add flour and roast it well.
Now add chicken broth, black pepper, to the flour mixture and cook until it starts to thickens.
Make a mixture of milk and fresh cream and add to the soup. Add parsley and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with toasted bread cubes and serve hot.
