Steps to make Creamy Walnut Chicken:
Roast walnuts on medium flame till turns golden. Let it cool down. When they cool down grind them to make the paste.
Take a bowl Mix all the ingredients for marinating add chicken and keep for one hour.
Keep water for boiling. Add onions, green chillies, garlic. Boil till onions becomes soft. When they are cool down grind them to make the smooth paste.
Take fry pan. Add one tablespoon of ghee. Add marinated chicken and saute till the mixture gets dried up.
Take a kadai. Add ghee and whole garam masala. Put onion paste and saute till ghee is separated from it.
Add chicken to it and mix well. Add walnut paste and stir constantly. Add cream, coriander powder, garam masala. Keep the flame low and stir constantly. Cook for 5 mins. Add little water if you feel gravy is thick.
Add kasuri methi when done.
Serve hot with naans or rotis.
