  1. Wash & chop tomatoes then take dry red chillies blend both to a fine paste set aside
  2. Further marinate chicken with all spices & curd except Garam masala powder then pop it in freezer for about an hour to infuse all it’s spices in chicken perfectly
  3. This will be well marinated further chopped onions to start cooking
  4. Take a Kadhai add in oil then sauté onions till golden brown now add in tomatoes & red chilli paste sauté till it’s raw smell disappears then sprinkle black seeds(kalonji)
  5. Further add the marinated chicken with all its gravy sauté for around two minutes
  6. Then add a cup of water & add Garam masala powder now cover it & cook for 10 minutes then check the chicken it must be tender by the time then garnish it with mint & coriander leaves & it’s like a thick gravy consistency now off the flame burner & it’s ready.
