Prepare chicken (Boneless)
Prepare ginger garlic paste
Take red chilli powder
Get Kashmir red chilli powder

Take kasuri methi
Take garam masala
Take sugar
Prepare butter

Steps to make Chicken Butter masala:
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice and keep aside for for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat some oil then fries the marinated chicken pieces in it, once done place it into a bowl.
In same pan add oil, 1tbsp butter, onion, tomatoes and cashews.
Add some water, rest ginger garlic paste, salt sugar, garam masala powder, chilli powder and mix it, cook it on low flame for 15 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let it cool.
Then churn the mixture into a fine paste.
Strain it back into the same pan.
Add butter, cream chicken and kasuri methi mix well and cooked for 5-7minutes on low- medium flame.
Turn off the flame chicken butter masala is ready to serve.
Granish with cream and coriander leaves.
