  1. Take a bowl add water, vinegar and food color.
  2. Make cut on chicken and marinate it with vinegar water for 1/2 hour.
  3. Then wash and dry.
  4. Take a bowl add yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,salt, tandoori masala, garam masala, cream and lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Apply on chicken, leave for 2 hours.
  6. Take a wok heat oil.
  7. Add oinon and fry till translucent then add tomato paste and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Then add Marinated chicken with all masala fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till chicken is tender and gravy is thick.
  10. Then add kewra and green chilli cover for 2 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with Raita and rice.
