First of all, Wash the chicken properly and keep aside
Heat Sufficient oil in a Handi, Add Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Green Cardamom, Sliced onions, green,red chilli, Sliced Onions and Kasuri methi
Now add ginger garlic paste and mix all the ingredients nicely and cook until onions becomes soft and turns golden
Now all spices: Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Salt and tomato puree.Mix all ingredients nicely and cook till oil separates
Now add chicken pieces and add chicken masala and Mix all well nicely
Cook the chicken nicely for at least 30-35 minutes
