Steps to make Chicken Raita:
In a large bowl. Add the curd add sugar and whisk it. Then add the finely chopped onion and tomatoes. Then add the shredded chicken. Add chaat masala, amchur powder, black salt, dry roast jeera powder. Mix them well. Add salt as per requirement.
Now for the tadka in a pan add butter when it becomes hot add the whole jeera then add the finely chopped garlic. Saute till light brown. Then add the roughly chopped green chiles. Saute it. Now put off the flame and add the kasuri methi and kashmiri red Chile powder. Mix it. Pour it on the raitia. Mix it.
