  10. Take Ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder as per taste

  1. Wash & set chicken aside
  2. Now make a fine paste of cashews & Charoli adding a dash of water
  3. Next chopp onion, now pick a Kadai add oil let it turn hot then Add chopped onions fry till golden brown then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste & chicken then give it a good stirr till raw smell is disappeared
  4. Then add cashews & charoli paste stirr well then add whisked curd so that no lumps are formed
  5. Now add in all the spices mentioned above except garnishing things
  6. Mix well & cover it to cook for 15 minutes so that the chicken is also tender & the gravy is also cooked nicely
  7. Remove the lid the add a dash of lime juice & Coriander leaves food colour mix well & again let it cook for 10 minutes more then off the flame
  8. Now it’s ready to serve with tandoori naan or regular chapati or bagar rice or white rice… !!
