Prepare 1 bowl curd
Prepare 1/2 bowl cream

Take 1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Get as needed Desi ghee
Steps to make Mint Chicken in Terracota Wok:
Marinate the chicken with salt, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, curd & cream for 2 hours or over night. Soak the mitti ki kadhai in water for good 2 hours before use (should be fully dipped).
Take out the wok from water and place it on the slowest flame. Once heated add desi ghee in it with mint leaves
Once it becomes fragrant add in whole spices ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, onion paste once onion become translucent add in to ato paste.
Once sautéd add dry masalas & marinated chicken. Mix them well add water(1/2 a bowl). Now this is the time for you to be patient enough. It will take it's own time but make sure to stir gradually.
My wok took good 2 hours for the whole process. And the results were extremely good & yumm. Garnish with some mint or coriander or qhatever you like. Serve hot with khamiri roti or tandoori roti.
