The ingredients needed to make Chicken Tandoori:
  1. Take 2 kg chicken (cut in big pieces)
  2. Take 500 gm hung curd
  3. Get 2 big size lemon
  4. Get 1 tbsp salt
  5. Get 3-4 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 4 tbsp tandoori masala
  7. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp amul butter
  9. Prepare 1/2 tbsp crushed kasuri methi
  10. Get 1/2 tsp Orange red colour
Instructions to make Chicken Tandoori:
  1. Clean and wash Chicken. Make gashes on it.
  2. Add all masalas in it except butter. Mix well. Keep aside for 7 hr or over night.
  3. Now preheat the oven in 200 c for 15 min. Then keep tandoori pieces on high rack. Keep rack in preheated oven
  4. Set the time 20 min on 200 c on convection mode. cook for one side.then turn and cook from other side for 10 min. Chicken Tandoori is ready.
  5. Serve hot.
