Instructions to make Chicken White Handi:
Heat oil in pan add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add chicken and cook it for 10 minutes with splash of water.
Then add green chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and white pepper powder and mix well.
Add tomato paste and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add kalwanji, fenugreek leaves and cook for 1 minutes.
Add cream and green chilli sliced and sprinkle Garam Masala Powder and let it cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
Delicious Chicken White Handi is ready.
Serve hot with roti or naan.
