Make ready 500 grams Bone-in chicken
Get 2 medium sized onions
Make ready 2 mediun sized tomatoes puree

Get 2 Green cardamom

Prepare 1tsp matsuri methi

Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
Take 3 tablespoons fresh cream
Get 1/2 tsp coriander leaves

Make ready 1 lemon juice
Get 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Take 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red Chilli powder
Get 1 teaspoon tandoori Masala
Steps to make Chicken Lababdar:
Take Chicken. Wash and clean well.. put all the ingredients and let it marinate for at least one hour..
For Gravy… take one kadai or pot whichever convenient.. add oil or ghee..put all whole garam masala. To it add onions.
Saute till it becomes pink. Add tomato puree with coriander powder, Kashmiri red Chilli powder, Haldi, Salt. Mix well and saute for about 4 5 mins..
Now add marinated chicken into it. Keep the flame high. And mix well. Saute till oil leaves all the Masala.
Now take out the chicken pieces in a plate. Let masala cool down. Grind the masalas into fine paste.
In that same pan or pot add one teaspoon oil and add grinded masala and chicken pieces.. add cashew paste to it
Add the little water if u feel chicken has become dry. Add cream to it. Cover for 10 mins and cook.
Add kasuri methi and garam Masala. Mix well and serve hot with Naans, rotis or chappatis..
