  1. In a pan put ghee the add jeera and the whole garam masala
  2. Then add the chicken and fry it but it should not turn brown. Then add the finely chopped ginger and mix it

  4. Then add the milk and keep on stirring. The cover and cook it in low flame by covering it. When cooked for 10 min add the almond paste.
  5. When almost cooked add kasuri methi, black pepper powder and choti elachi powder.
  6. In a pan add ghee then add some deghi mirch. Pour the same on the chicken and put some Malai. It is ready to serve
  7. For the dhaniya paratha mix finely chopped dhaniya, curd, salt, ajwani and oil. Make the dough. Then roll it into balls and fry it like paratha.
