Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Karahi:
  1. Take a bowl and add lemon juice, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, tandori color and Tikka Masala
  2. Add chicken and marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least half an hour.
  3. Put chicken in dry wok with half yoghurt Masala. Cook this marinated chicken till cooked and tender.
  4. Take a wok put oil and add onion slices. Cook till light pink. Then add Tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and red chilli powder.
  5. Add remaining tikka masala Cook till tomatoes soft then blend the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes and add cooked tikka chicken.
  6. Bhonify on medium high flame till the gravy shines with oil. Add fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and kasuri methi. Cook for another 2 minutes. Tasty Chicken tikka Karahi is ready to serve. (Serve with Turkish pide bread link 🔝)
