Clean and cut the chicken in desired size… Place in a sufuria with water it's same level as meat and bring to boil… Once ready set aside…

Cook on high heat for the first 7-10min…once almost cooked and a little water is left… Reduce to low…
Once all water dries… I cover with wet paper (I use the wheat flour packets) and the sufuria cover…..and let the rice cook completely with the steam..
Once ready… Serve while hot
