The ingredients needed to make Sabudana Vada:
  1. Make ready 1 cup sabudana
  2. Get 3-4 potatoes boiled and mashed
  3. Get 1/4 cup peanut roasted and crushed
  4. Take 3-4 Green chillies chopped
  5. Get 1inch " peice ginger grated
  6. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Get 1 tsp rock salt /as per taste
  8. Prepare as per need deshi ghee for deep frying
Instructions to make Sabudana Vada:
  1. In a large bowl take 1 cup sabudana and soak with enough water for over night or 4-5 hours.
  2. Take the soaked sabudana in a large bowl, then add mashed potato, crushed peanuts, green chillies, ginger, black pepper powder and Salt.
  3. Mix everything together, then take little mixture and make round shape balls and press a little with palm.
  4. Heat deshi ghee in a kadai on medium flame, then add vadas to the hot ghee one by one.
  5. Deep fry vadas on medium flame until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
