Steps to make Sabudaana (sago) faluda:
  1. Tale large kadai take 4 cup water and add 1 cup sabudaana stir boil for 10 min. Stirring in between continue to boil intil the sabudaana turns translucent.
  2. Drain of the sabudaana once it is cooked completely. Now rince with cold water this helps to rince off excess starch and prevent from sticking. Sabudaana pearls are ready. Keep aside.
  3. Now firstly, in a large kadai take 4 cup milk stir and boil untill the milk reduce slightly then add sabudaana cool the milk completely.
  4. Now add 2 tbsp strawberry crush and mix well.. now take a long glass add 1 tbsp strawberry crusj and 2 tbsp chia seeds add 2 tbsp prepared sago pearls further add 2 tbsp nits and tutti fruiti, then add 2 cup chilled strawberry milk.
  5. Garnish with nuts and tutti frutti. Njoy faluda….
