  4. Add roasted peanuts and blanched palak puree. Mix well and mash the potatoes.
  5. Taste and adjust the masalas. Make small balls out of the dough.
  6. Heat oil and fry the tikkis on low flame for 5 min, then cook it on high flame till golden brown and crisps. Serve hot
