The ingredients needed to make Gajrella:
  1. Take 1 kg Carrot
  2. Take 200 gm Sugar
  3. Get 2 glass Milk
  4. Get As needed dry fruits
  5. Make ready 2-3 tbsp Ghee
  6. Take 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa
Steps to make Gajrella:
  1. Peel the carrots & grate them.
  2. Turn on the flame heat a pan/kadai. Once the pan/kadai is heated, reduce the flame to medium. Add ghee and let it heat properly.
  3. Add grated carrot and mix it. Cook it for 20-25 on medium flame, keep stirring in between
  4. After 20-25 minutes. Increase the flame to high and cook the carrot for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring. Reduce the flame medium and add milk. Mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between.
  5. After 20 minutes. Open the lid and stir it. Add sugar and mix it
  6. Add chopped dry fruits and khoya mix it. Cover the pan and cook it for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring in between. Increase the flame medium and cook it for 2-3 minute. Keep stirring. Turn off the flame.
