  2. For Sabudana Vada - Wash and soak sabudana for 3 to 4 hours in advance. Boil the potatoes, remove its skins then mashed potatoes. - Then mix all the ingredients like sabudana, coarsely crushed peanuts, chillies, jeera, mashed potatoes, - salt together.
  3. Take a lemon size ball and flatten slightly. Deep fried sabudana vada in kadai till nice and crispy and serve with chutney.
