The ingredients needed to make Sabudana Crispy Vada:
  1. Prepare 1/2 cup soaked sabudana (for 4 hours)
  2. Prepare 2 boiled potatoes
  3. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
  4. Prepare As per taste Sendha salt
  5. Get as required Coriander leaves
  6. Take 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
  7. Make ready 1/2 " grated ginger
  8. Make ready 1/2 lemon juice

Instructions to make Sabudana Crispy Vada:
  1. Soak and drain the sabudana and add in a bowl,now add mashed potato,crushed peanuts and add salt,black pepper powder,ginger,chilli,coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix it all well.
  2. Now make big size vadas and fry it in a hot oil and cook it till golden colour and crispy from both sides at medium flame.
  3. Our crispy sabudana vadas are ready to serve with green chutney or coconut chutney.
