Instructions to make Sabudana khichdi:
  1. Rinse Sabudana and soak in 1.5 water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain it and keep aside.
  3. Now take a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds and green chilli.add roasted peanuts.
  4. Saute for a while and add potato chunks.mix and add sago pearls.
  5. Add all spices and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. We need to cook until sago pearls get transparent in colour. Add lemon juice and transfer in plate.
