Instructions to make Gajrela(carrot halwa):
  1. Take a pressure cooker or a deep bottom utensil(Kadhai), add 2Tbsp of ghee,keep on low flame then add all the grated carrot and mix properly.*This is the most important step as this will bring out the flavors of our Gajrela! Now add 3 glasses of milk in this mix Let it cook for 20 minutes or till carrot softens & rawness of carrot is no more! (for pressure cooker- 3 whistles)
  2. Now, you can either cook in the same cooker or transfer it in a kadhai! For some space to turn the mix over &over again till all the milk is absorbed and you get such a consistency👇🏻
  3. Now it's time to add some sweetness *(but before adding sugar make sure the grated carrots are all cooked up & soft! If not then cook for some more time…as after sugar is added then carrots won't cook!! So complete the cooking & softening part before adding suga…) Add 100g sugar, mix properly…you will see the change consistency(more liquid in consistency now!)
