  2. Now anorther wok lenge and usme mawa dal kar gas per low flame per rekhenge and usme milk add kar ke continiously stir kerte huye melt and wet hone tak coock kar lenge.
  3. Now isme powdered sugar add kerenge and stir krte huye sugar melt hone tak coock kerenge and isi tym isme cardamom powder bhi add kar denge and mix very well.
  4. Now isme roasted and grind til daal kar acchi trh se mix kar lenge and tab gas off kar denge.
  5. Now is mixture ko hlka thanda hone ke liye rekh denge.
  6. Now ek polytheen ko ghee se grease kar lenge and roller pin ko ghee se grease kar lenge.
  7. Now mixture ko hlka hot hone per hi polytheen per rekh kar roller pin ki help se 1/2 inch thin bel lenge.and usi tym isme kaju bhi add kar denge man psand shap cut ke mark lega denge.
  8. And now isko cool hone ke liye 2 hour ke liye rekh denge.
  9. After 2 hours readye to eat crispy tasty til mawa gjek. Enjoy it. Happy coocking.
