Boil or pressure cook raw bana with skin for 3 whitsles with sufficient water to cover it. De-skin.
Add to a bowl. Mash.Add all ingredients for banana canapy starting from spice powders then the onion,green chilli and coriander,lastly salt.Mix well. Cover and keep aside.
Add the cornflour. Mix well. Grate the cheese. Mix gently.Preheat oven to 200℃. Brush the back of a muffin tray with oil.
Pinch balls from the banana dough. Flatten and cover on the muffin mould.
Do the same for all. Brush with oil.
