Instructions to make Thepy Banana Rolls:
  1. In a vessel add all ingredients for making thepla dough, except curd.
  2. Make Semi Soft dough like parathas dough, binding with whisk curd.Keep aside for 10mins.
  3. Preparation of raw banana -peas- patty.
  4. Chopped boiled raw banana into small pieces.In a non stick Pan..add &heat oil.Add urad daal, mustard and cummin seeds to spluttter..add green Chillis ginger paste saute for 15 secs,add boiled raw banana-peas-and chopped coriander leaves.Add Salt, Sugar,lemon juice..Mix well.Crush Coarsely with Hand crusher.
  5. Cool this raw banana-peas-patty mixture. make three portion from it.Roll out 3"long patty from each portion.Roast on both sides with little oil,till golden brown.(Prepare required Patty as per your requirements.Here for 3 Patty Recipe given..)
  6. Knead the thepla dough.Take a lemon size portion from it.Roll out into 4" round Paratha. Similarly make Two more.
  7. Roast on hot griddle,on both sides, with little prepare similarly all theplas.
  8. To assemble Thepy Banana Roll
  9. On Hot Thepla.,spread 1tbsp Chunda as shown.
  10. In Middle of it spread few chopped green capsicum pieces..as Shown
  11. On it place hot raw Banana-Peas-Patty as shown
  12. Fold/Wrap from both sides.Insert toothpick to secure.Prepare similarly required thepy banana rolls.
