  17. Prepare 1 B- Egg
  18. Take Hot pot ingredients
  19. Get 1 bunch Bok choy
  20. Get 150 grams Chinese cabbage
  21. Prepare 1 Enoki mushrooms
  22. Get 2 slice Aburaage
  23. Make ready 1 bunch Chinese chives
  24. Make ready 1/2 bunch Mizuna greens
  25. Make ready 1 Carrot
  26. Take 200 grams Kimchi

  1. This time, I used this "Chef Kawagoe's Recommended" kimchi. I recommend it since it's exactly at 200 g, and has a delicious "umami" taste from vegetables and seafood.
  2. Combine and mix all the A- ingredients.

  4. Peel the skin off the carrot, and thinly slice it into strips using a peeler.
