Take 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper powder
Prepare 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Prepare 3-4 green chillies chopped fine
Make ready 4 Tbsp oil
Take as per taste Salt
Steps to make Akhrot Kabab / Walnut Kabab:
Boil the akhrot and chop fine. Boil the potatoes and grate. Grate the raw banana, paneer.
Grate the raw banana, paneer. Make individually powder in a blender of almonds, cashew nuts, akhrot / walnut
In a wok add 1 Tbsp oil and add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, boiled & cut walnuts, cashew nut powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, khoya. Mix very well and set aside
In another bowl mix grated raw banana, grated paneer, almond powder, salt, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper powder, boiled & grated potatoes, walnut powder and mix well.
Mix both the items together
Make small balls and flatten and set aside
In a wok heat oil and pan sear for 1 mins on each side and set aside, do it in batches
Plate it and enjoy with dips of your choice or yoghurt
