  1. Tip the porridge oats, milk and berries into a large microwaveable bowl then, for 3 mins at 800w microwave
  2. One the timer is up, stir then put back into the microwave for another 3 mins. Repeated for about 3 times untill it cooked and looks thickish
  3. When the porridge has finished cooking, you can add a few teaspoons of sugar before putting it in a bowl and topping with anything of your fancy.
