  1. In a blender add puffed amaranth (rajgir) and blend into powder.
  2. Heat pan pour ghee and add powdered amaranth and stir continuously till it turns brown.
  3. Then keep the flame off. Now add Powdered sugar mix well and add chopped almonds,raisins and nariyal.
  4. Then transfer it into a plate garnish it with grapes and bananas & serve. This is mostly used during fast.
