Steps to make Mini net burger:
For dough:- In a bowl add water and sugar. Mix it, after 10 min add yeast and salt. Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 2hours.
For tikki :- In a bowl add chicken, Salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander - mint leaves, spice powder, 1egg, schezwan sauce and mix it.
Now make medium size tikkis from the above mixture.
Now take one tikki deep in beaten egg, then coat in bread crumbs and shallow fry it.
Take out the dough and divide into 10 parts. Make small round rotis from them. Now make small hole or cut in five rotis.
Take 1 roti, put half cheese slice on it, put tikki then cover with another cutted roti. Apply melted butter on it. Then bake it at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve it with the mayo chutney.
