  2. Take 2 cup wheat flour

  23. Take 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  24. Make ready 2 tbsp ghee
  25. Prepare 1 chopped onion

  27. Get 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  28. Take as per taste Salt
Steps to make Dal Baati Churma:
  1. Take a cooker and add soaked dal in it. Add salt,turmwric powder and red chilli powder in it. Close the lid and boil for 15 -20 minutes.
  2. Take a large bowl and add 2 cup wheat flour,semolina,salt, baking powder, ghee, ajwain, coriander powder and fennel seeds in it
  3. Now add required water and knead the dough. - Keep aside for 10minutes. - Now take a small ball sized dough and roll in round shape.Do the same and make all the bati's.
  4. Place the rolled bati in air fryer /cooker for 15 minutes.
  5. Simultaneously, take a pan and add 2 tbsp ghee and add cumin seeds in it.
  6. Now add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli, and chopped onion in it.stir fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add chopped tomato in it. And add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in it and stir for 5 minutes. - Now add boiled dal in it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Dip all the bati's in desi ghee and remove in a plate. - Dal and bati is ready.
  9. FOR CHURMA : - take 2 prepared bati and break into mixer grinder and grind.
  10. Make coarse powder of bati. - heat a pan and 2tbsp desi ghee and roast powdered bati till it turns golden and aromatic.
  11. Add chopped almonds and cardamom powder in it. - Off the flame And cool the mixture completely. - add required powdered sugar and mix well. - churma is ready.
