  1. Mix both the flours, salt and oil and crumble it with hand. We need a flour oil mixture that can formed fistful crumble.Then knead hard dough by adding water little by little.
  2. Then prrpare lemon sized balls and bake them in a pre heated oven for 20 minutes on 200℃.
  3. Once baked, let them cool and then grind them along with cardamom.
  4. Then sieve it for uniform granules. Choose siever as per your choice of churma texture.
  5. At the time of serving add sugar and melted ghee, mix and serve.
