  6. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp anardana powder

  11. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. Get 1/2 tsp kasuri Methi powder

  14. Take 2-3 green chillies chopped fine
  15. Get 2-3 garlic cloves chopped fine
  16. Make ready 1” ginger chopped fine
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  18. Make ready 1 Tbsp oil
  19. Take as per taste Salt
  20. Get as requried Oil to fry Spring rolls
  21. Take For Garnishing-
  22. Make ready as requried lime wedges, chillies, tomato ketchup and coriander-mint Chutney
Instructions to make Papad Spring Roll:
  1. Chop all vegetables. Boil potatoes and mash. Chop green chilies, garlic, ginger, grated paneer roughly.
  2. In a wok on medium heat, heat 1 Tbsp oil and add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger. Sauté for 1-2 mins.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, sweetcorn, and sauté for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sauté. Add grated paneer, mashed potatoes, salt. Mix well. Add Anardana powder, Aamchur powder, kasuri Methi powder. Mix well.
  5. Add mint leaves and stir well. Set aside to cool
  6. Take a Papad and dip in water for 10-12 seconds on both side. Dap kitchen towel to dry and add the filling in the centre
  7. Roll as you would for a spring roll, tucking the sides, complete the batches. If any papad tears off while rolling, wrap with another papad to make the roll.
  8. Heat oil in a wok and carefully add the Roll. Don’t clutter the wok. Gently turn sides once fried on one side. Set aside
  9. Plate with lime wedges, chilies and tomato ketchup, and coriander - mint chutney. Enjoy
