  2. Pour oats into a large bowl and add seeds, nuts, shaved coconut and dried spices.
  3. Melt/stir wet ingredients and stir thoroughly into dry.
  4. Spread across large high sided non stick baking tin OR 2 shallow ones.
  5. Bake in mid oven at about 150° stirring regularly until golden. About 20 mins. Swap trays around regularly if using 2.
  6. Store in an airtight container and use as muesli, or sprinkled on yogurt or as crumble topping.
