Steps to make Vegetable Biryani (One Pot):
    1. Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes. Drain and keep aside. - - 2. Heat ghee in pan add all the ingredients under "to season" except cashews. Once done add sliced onions. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. - - 3. Add all the vegetables. Saute for a while.
    1. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala and biryani masala. Add salt. Add vegetable stock. saute a bit. - - 5. Add 3 cups of water. Close with lid and cook till rice done. You can prepare in pressure or rice cooker according to wish. Finally add lemon juice and fried cashews. - - 6. Serve hot with onion raita.
