The ingredients needed to make Egg pulao:
  1. Prepare boiled egg
  2. Prepare long grain rice washed and soak for 10 min
  3. Get water
  4. Get mustard oil
  5. Get desi ghee
  6. Take medium onion thin slice
  7. Make ready medium tomato chopped into small pieces
  8. Make ready dry red chili
  9. Prepare bay leaf
  10. Make ready dalchini stick

Steps to make Egg pulao:
  1. 1stly we have to boiled the egg then peel it, and keep it aside, now take a deep pan pour the mustard oil heat it now place the egg and fry it till turn it golden,hown in picture, keep it aside
  2. In same pan now add the tadka like, cumin seeds, black pepper corn,bay leaf, dry chilli cinnamon sticks saute for 10 sec now added sliced onions into it, saute till onion turn golden, when the onion turn it's colour, now added all dry masala, shown in below picture, and I have Already mentioned, add little water, continue stir the masala till oil separate from it
  3. When oil separated now added curd or dahi on low flame, keep stirring constantly, now add salt as per taste,
  4. Now added soaked rice into it mux well, now add water as required after adding water now added fried egg and cover it for 10 min in low to medium flame
  5. When water is completely reduce now off the flame, lastly pour the desi Ghee and kasuri methi on top,cover it again for 5more min, our super delicious egg pulao is ready to serve
