Wash mutton thoroughly in running water pressure cook this with pinch of turmeric and salt for 3 whistles. Keep this aside. - - 2. Heat oil in pan add chopped onion. Once onion turns to glass stage add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smell goes off. - - 3. Now add sliced green chilli and saute a bit.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it mushy and soft. - - 5. Now add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and pepper powder. Saute until masala came out from the edges. Add salt. - - 6. Drain mutton and add to the masala and mix it. Now add mutton water little by little and cook until all the water evaporates.
