Instructions to make Motton Leg roast:
Wash and clean motton leg than strain water, set aside, cuts inside it.
Now add 1 tsp salt and meat tenderizer in a bowl and spread motton lef for 30 minutes.
Take a bowl add all the ingredients mix it then add motton leg and mux it well with hands, marinated for overnight/ 2 hours then steam it until it becomes tender completely.
Now check the motton, lastly grill on oven for 15 minutes at 180 c on upside and downside and gives a golden brown colour.
A yummy and tender motton leg roast is ready to serve with rice, onions rings potato fries and rice.
