  1. Prepare 1 Litre Full Fat Milk
  2. Take 10 Slices Bread
  3. Prepare 1 cup Sugar
  4. Make ready 3-4 Green Cardamom
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup Red & Green Muraba in chunks
  6. Make ready 1/4 Cup Khoya
  7. Prepare Pinch Saffron soaked in 1 Tbsp milk
  8. Get Slivers of Almonds & Pistachio
  9. Make ready Ghee for frying
Instructions to make Shahi Tukray:
  1. Boil full fat milk.add green cardamom, & let milk simmer at low heat to get thicken.add saffron soaked in milk as well.
  2. Take bread slices,cut each slice in triangle shape.i have not removed bread crust,if you like can remove it.fry each piece in ghee to golden colour & keep aside.
  3. When milk is reduced to half, add sugar to it & mix well.still let it simmer at low heat.
  4. Add fried slices to reduced milk,let each slice get soaked & simmer for 3-4 minutes.sprinkle some slivers of almonds & pistachio.
  5. Dishout shahi Tukray, sprinkle khoya, chunks of murabba,slivers of almonds & pistachios. Serve Pakistankameetha to your loved ones & enjoy with cookpad
