Prepare 3/4 Cup Plain Flour (Atta)
Get 1/4 Cup Ghee
Prepare 1 Cup Sugar

Prepare 1/4 Cup Mix Red & Green Murraba & Raisins
Steps to make Attay ka halwa:
To make syrup,Take 2 cup water & 1 cup sugar in a pot and keep on medium heat.let the sugar dissolve completely in water, then lower the flame and let the syrup simmer.
Heat ghee in a pan.add green cardamom.add atta and fry till it changes it's colour.
Fry atta in ghee on medium flame with continue stirring till change of colour and it's texture becomes crumbs like.then add sugar syrup in pan.continue stir the batter in pan to remove lumps and sticking.add milk or cream if u like.
Gradually the halwa start taking it's shape and coming together, leaves the sides of pan.mix and fry till the batter looks glossy & halwa comes in center of pan.add bite size chunks of muraba and raisins and mix well. Simmer till all the syrup is absorbed.
Dish out halwa in a bowl and serve.Enjoy with Cookpad.
