  1. Take 1 kg raw mangoes(totapuri)
  2. Prepare 2 ripe mangoes(kesar)
  3. Take 1 kg sugar
  4. Prepare 3-4 whole green cardamom
  5. Prepare 1/3 tsp green cardamom seeds
  6. Take 10-12 cloves
  7. Take 1 cinnamon stick
  8. Prepare 10-12 strands saffron
Steps to make Mango Murrabba:
  1. Peel and grate mangoes. Peel and cut ripe mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Add sugar to grated mango in thick bottom pan.
  3. Now cook(on high flame approximately for 35 to 40 minutes)mango and sugar mixture till one string syrup forms on high flame, constantly stir it.
  4. Now add ripe mango pieces and cook for more 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Now add whole cardamom, cardamom seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick and saffron mix well,cool completely and store in jar. It's shelf life is for a year.
