  2. Transfer sugar and grated chopped mangoes in heavy bottomed vessel.
  3. Add kesar,cardamons,cloves,tej pattas,food colour and cook for 20-25 min till the consistency thickens
  4. Once done..off the flame.
  5. Cool and store for whole year in clean glass bottle.
