  2. Take 1 bowl boiled n mashed potatoes,fried liked regular veg

  4. Get 2 Tomatoes paste
  5. Take 1/2 tsp ginger,garlic n chilles paste
  6. Take Oil
  7. Prepare Jeera,Spices turmeric,red chille,salt
  8. Take Coriander to garnish

  1. Cut lauki in round shape.
  2. Take out white portion,steam it for 10-15 mins.
  3. Fry mashed potatoes like regular dry veg.
  4. Fill this potatoes fill in center of the lauki.
  5. Now roast this stuffed lauki like tikkies.
  6. Heat some oil
  7. Add jeera,ginger garlic chilles paste
  8. Stir it.,add onion paste
  9. Add turmeric,red chillie powder, stir well,salt
  10. Add tomatoe paste
  11. Add rest potatoes veg.
  12. Mix well
  13. Take dish put this potatoes gravy n assemble rosted lauki on it
  14. Garnish and serve.
  15. U can have it with roti,paratha.
