The ingredients needed to make Spicy Bhaji:
Take 2 Potatoes
Get 2 cup mix Vegetable (cauliflower, Cabbage, bottlegourd, capsicum, carrot, green peas ,brinjal)
Take 3 tbsp oil
Prepare 2-3 Onions chopped
Prepare 3 Tomatoes chopped
Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Prepare 2 tsp green chilli paste
Get To taste Salt
Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
Take 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
Make ready 1 lemon juice
Take 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
Prepare as needed Water
Instructions to make Spicy Bhaji:
Fry capsicum, carrot, green peas. Take a cooker add all other Veggies + water. Get 3 whistle. Boil it. Smash it with smasher. Keep aside.
Take a pan/ kadhai on medium flame. Add oil, Chopped onions. Saute it till get golden. Add chopped tomatoes. Get smashy add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Saute it till oil released.
Now add all dry masala with salt.
Mix it and saute it till oil released. Add fried Veggies and smash all boiled Veggies. Mix it well. Taste it and adjust the salt.
Now squeeze lemon. Mix it add chopped coriandor
Mix it well and serve with pav and salad.
