  1. Heat a Cooker add oil in it then add jeera and hing
  2. Once it splatters, then add haldi and dalia and roast it well
  3. Then add our all the chopped veggies……stir well….now in this stage add water and salt
  4. Covered it and cook it on low flame take 1 whistle…… garnish with chopped dhaniya…. served hot with curd and chutney
